At Taste of Banjul, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. This refund policy explains our commitment to fair and reasonable refunds based on our unique fresh-cooking schedule and business model. Since we prepare fresh meals weekly on Sundays, our refund terms are designed around this schedule.

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of genuine emergencies (medical, family, etc.), please contact us immediately. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution.
If severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control prevent food preparation or delivery, full refunds will be provided automatically. We will contact all affected customers promptly.
If you're not satisfied with the quality of your meal, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery. We'll work to resolve the issue with a refund, replacement, or store credit as appropriate.
