Terms and conditions for using our services

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Taste of Banjul website and food ordering services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Ordering Schedule & Availability

Cooking Schedule

  • Fresh meals are prepared on Sundays only
  • Pickup begins at 3:00 PM on Sundays and continues until sold out
  • All meals are made fresh to order using authentic Gambian recipes and ingredients

Pre-Orders (Monday-Saturday)

Pre-orders guarantee your meal will be prepared. Place your order anytime Monday through Saturday for Sunday pickup/delivery.

Same-Day Orders (Sunday Only)

Place orders anytime on Sunday for same-day service. Pickup and delivery begins at 3:00 PM.

Delivery orders only. Instructions provided after order placement.

Zelle Payment Instructions

  1. Complete your order selection and provide delivery details
  2. You'll receive an order confirmation with our Zelle payment details
  3. Send payment via Zelle to the provided account
  4. Text a screenshot of your payment confirmation along with your order number to +1 (425)-766-2465
  5. We'll confirm receipt and prepare your order for delivery

Order Fulfillment & Pickup

Pickup Information

  • Pickup location: Lake Stevens, Washington
  • Pickup times: Sunday 3:00 PM onwards (specific time slots available during checkout)
  • Please arrive within your selected time window
  • Bring a copy of your order confirmation (digital or printed)

Delivery Information

  • Delivery available to: Everett, Lynnwood, and Lake Stevens
  • Delivery fee applies as shown during checkout
  • Estimated delivery times will be provided after order confirmation
  • Please be available at your delivery address during the estimated time window

Order Changes & Cancellation

Pre-Orders

  • Can be modified or cancelled until Saturday 6:00 PM
  • Full refunds available for cancellations made by the deadline

Same-Day Orders

  • Limited changes available once preparation begins
  • Cancellations subject to preparation status
  • Call immediately for any changes: +1 (425)-766-2465

Food Safety & Allergies

Important Food Safety Information

  • Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order
  • Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, and gluten
  • While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee complete allergen-free preparation
  • Consume meals within 2 hours of pickup or refrigerate immediately
  • You acknowledge the inherent risks associated with food consumption

Limitation of Liability

Taste of Banjul's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or consumption of our food products.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Snohomish County, Washington.
